The 012 Mobile plans have been updated. Notably missing from the lineup are any data-only plans. 012 Mobile previously offered a data-only package, albeit at 44 NIS per month – which is not competitive with their other offerings.

In a limited promotion, Golan Telecom is letting new and existing customers add additional lines of service for only 17 or 25 NIS per month, according to the service plans of the new/existing lines. Those on the “Sale” plan, at 35 NIS per month, qualify for additional lines at 17 NIS per month, while those on the traditional “Golan Telecom” plan can receive additional lines for 25 NIS per month.
This pricing is in effect until December of this year. During December, the additional lines will automatically be converted to the standard-rate “Golan Telecom” plan, at 99 NIS per month.
The new lines must be ordered by 12:00 on June 8, and activated by 12:00 on June 15.
For more details, see Golan Telecom’s announcement (for English, select the language in the top left menu).
I am happy to announce that I have updated all of the carrier plans on the website, and replaced parts of the backend which will make future plan updates much easier to implement. Hopefully, this will mean more up-to-date information for everyone!

The 012 Mobile plans have been updated. The current offerings from 012 Mobile are the 49 shekel unlimited, 59 shekel unlimited, and 9(.08) shekel basic packages.
012 Mobile is now offering its two highest-tier unlimited plans for just 44 shekel per month for half a year. The good news for all customers is that this offer is not just limited to “switchers”, or even to new customers; existing 012 Mobile customers may also apply the discount via 012 Mobile’s online center.
Unlike the YouPhone, these plans do include international calling, so they are worthy of attention from those requiring that functionality.
Few details are available, in Hebrew, on 012 Mobile’s main page, and their contact page. The offer is valid until (and including) January 12, 2013.
The discount competition continues! This time, YouPhone has opted to discount its highest-tier plan – unlimited calls/text + 1 GB of data, normally 79 shekel per month – to 39 shekel for each of the first four months. The option to add an addition 2 GB of data for 10 shekel extra (per month) remains, so they are also offering unlimited calls/text + 3 GB of data for 49 shekel for each of the first four months.
It is interesting to note that this offer appears to be available to everyone, not just people who are switching to YouPhone (like competing sales). Additionally, the general YouPhone club member discounts appear to be suspended for the duration of the discount. For those concerned, these plans do not include international calling, so for some they are not a direct competitor to the carriers which do offer that feature.
You can see the details of this offer, in Hebrew, here.

Those who wish to port their number to HOT Mobile via the HOT Mobile website will receive the first six months of their service for 49 shekel per month. After that, the usual 99 shekel per month fee will be imposed. This applies only to the 99 shekel package, which includes international calling, and expires on December 31, 2012.
You can see the details of this offer, in Hebrew, here (now removed).
Most definitely in response to Golan Telecom‘s recently announced offer, HOT Mobile announced last week that those switching to their service will receive the first two months free of charge. Like Golan Telecom’s deal, this applies only to customers who are switching their existing cell service to HOT Mobile and keeping their original number. The plans eligible for this offer are both of their “unlimited plans” – the 89 shekel unlimited plan and the 99 shekel unlimited plan with international calling. Any overage fees (i.e. calls to destinations not included in the plans) are not covered by the deal.
This offer is valid until March 31, 2013.
The details, available in Hebrew, can be found here (now removed).
Golan Telecom announced a new deal today for those switching to Golan Telecom and keeping their existing numbers. For the first six months, the unlimited plan will cost only 49 shekels per month; after, the cost will revert to 99 shekel per month. New subscribers wishing to obtain a new number (with a 058 prefix) will pay the standard 99 shekel.
This deal is valid from today until (and including) January 21, 2013. This includes activating the SIM by that date.
So far, details are only available in Hebrew, and can be found here.
By popular demand, Rami Levy’s plans have been added to the website, and can be viewed here. They offer the basic 1-2 punch, i.e. your choice of extremely low-use, or unlimited talk. They do differentiate themselves a bit, however, with large data packages offered at an additional fee. While most of the “unlimited” providers throttle your speeds after 3 GB of data use, Rami Levi offers plans of up to 10 GB at unthrottled speeds. This isn’t without its fees, of course, but could be handy for those who are looking for a lot of mobile data.
